How lovely. Just drove up from London got a dinner & party this evening, dress I bought yesterday was a nightmare to iron, I visited Creases dry cleaners and the lovely man there could not press my dress as his machines wre off, he … More called up Samuels of Shropshire Ltd who did not hesitate to offer to help me by pressing my dress. As it was a difficult material they tried but it didn't look much different so they did not charge for their service. What a lovely experience of my first visit to Shropshire. Thank you guys x x

The ladies in Ludlow were unfailingly kind, helpful, and patient with a very difficult customer, who managed to turn simple dry cleaning into a saga: went out of their way to help at every stage. I can't thank them enough.

Drop my washing off had to wait 3 days because they are so good & busy my washing smelt lovely and Were folded really well thank you for a great job

I have had several curtains altered which have always been done to a high standard with little waiting time ..would highly recommended. staff are very friendly too.
